Home Care

Home care, part of LV's wider care offering, is professional support provided in your own home, designed to help you live safely, comfortably and independently for as long as possible. It can support day-to-day tasks, personal care, companionship and more complex health needs, all while allowing you to remain in familiar surroundings.

Benefits

At LV Care Group, home care is always personalised

We take time to understand each individual’s routine, preferences and goals, creating a care plan that fits around life, rather than changing it.

Home care can be short term, such as support after a hospital stay, or long term for those living with ongoing conditions or needing regular assistance, this includes dementia care at home

Home care can support with

  • Personal care, mobility and daily routines
  • Companionship, well-being and reassurance
  • Ongoing or changing health and care needs.

Hourly home care

Hourly home care offers flexible support for as little or as much time as you need and is available from 30 mins to all day. Care visits can be arranged during the day, evening or overnight, depending on your requirements.

This type of care is ideal for individuals who value independence but need a helping hand with specific tasks, or for families looking for reassurance that their loved one is supported safely at home.

Hourly care can increase or decrease over time, making it a practical and adaptable option as needs change.

Live-in care

Live-in care provides continuous, one-to-one support from a dedicated carer who lives in your home. This option offers reassurance, consistency and companionship, while allowing you to remain in a place you know and love.

Live-in care is often chosen as an alternative to residential care and can support individuals with more complex needs, including mobility challenges or long-term conditions.

Care is tailored around daily life, routines and preferences, with support always available when needed.

Sleeping and waking night care

Night-time support can be just as important as daytime care. LV Care Group offers both sleeping night and waking night care to ensure safety, comfort and peace of mind overnight.

Sleeping night care - means a carer stays in your home and is available if support is needed during the night.

Waking night care - involves a carer remaining awake throughout the night to provide continuous monitoring and assistance.

Night care can be provided as part of an existing care plan or as a standalone service.

When home care isn't enough

We realise that the most ideal outcomes is keeping your loved one in their own home as long as possible, however there are times when this is no longer possible. LV Care offeres a wide range of great homes catering to all elements of care. If nursing care escalates Cheval Roc is a great option to look at.
