Supporting you, while care for them

Caring for someone with mental health difficulties can be demanding, emotional and sometimes isolating. The Listening Lounge works alongside Focus on Mental Illness, Jersey Eating Disorders Support and Dementia Jersey to make sure carers have support too.

Together, we offer practical and emotional support shaped around what carers need. This includes one-to-one conversations, group sessions and peer support where you can meet others in similar situations. We provide courses and educational sessions to help you better understand mental health conditions and feel more confident in your role.

There are also social and wellbeing opportunities, giving you space to pause, connect and focus on your own health. Where needed, we can offer advocacy and help you navigate services, so you do not feel alone in managing complex systems.

Our aim is simple. To support you, while you care for them.
